These Terms of Sales apply to all digital services offered through the website https://spedup.app.

Services

spedup.app provides an online tool for modifying audio playback speed, applying reverb effects, previewing audio, and exporting the result in WAV format. The service is accessible via a modern web browser and requires no installation.

Offers & Pricing

spedup.app offers two tiers of service:

• Free Plan: Up to 3 audio exports per month.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited exports for 3,99€ / month.

Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Pricing may be updated at any time and will be communicated on the website.

Order, Payment & Renewal

To access the Pro Plan, the user must:

• Select the Pro Plan from the spedup.app interface
• Complete payment through a secure gateway

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Other local options depending on region

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled beforehand.

Service Activation

The Pro features are activated immediately upon successful payment. Users may then access unlimited export functionality without restrictions.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Right of Withdrawal

By subscribing to spedup.app, you agree to begin using the service immediately, and therefore waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer laws for digital services.

Intellectual Property

All content, source code, interface design, branding, and logos on spedup.app are the exclusive property of spedup.app. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part without written permission.

Liability

spedup.app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect use, browser limitations, or third-party disruptions. We do our best to ensure smooth access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sales at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service confirms your acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, unless local laws specify otherwise.
