spedup.app is a web-based tool that allows users to import audio files, modify playback speed, apply reverb effects, and export the processed audio. All operations are performed in the browser and do not require file uploads to external servers.

Accounts and Usage Limits

No account is required to use the free version of spedup.app. Free users can export up to 3 processed audio files per month. To unlock unlimited exports, users can subscribe to a paid plan.

Subscription Plan

The paid plan provides unlimited exports for €3.99/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, visuals, and functionality of spedup.app are the intellectual property of the site owner. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any part of the platform without explicit permission.

Limitations

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

• Using the service for unlawful, offensive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the site’s code or functionality.
• Bypassing usage limitations or subscription controls.

Privacy and Data

spedup.app does not store uploaded audio files or export results. Processing is done locally in your browser. We do not collect personal audio content, and your data is not transmitted to any server.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll notify users via the website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
